Features
Six parts. One record of every member.
Each is useful on its own, and each feeds the others. A delegate scanned into a session on Tuesday is a credit on a transcript by Wednesday and a renewal reminder eleven months later.
01 · Membership & dues
The organisation, running itself between events
Every organisation loses money to the same two things: renewals nobody chased and a directory nobody updated. Both are administration, and administration is what software is for.

02 · Events & conference
One engine from call for papers to closing plenary
The conference is the year’s biggest operation and usually its most manual. Abstracts arrive by email, versions get lost, and somebody rebuilds the agenda by hand at midnight.

03 · Credentials & governance
The paperwork that proves a profession
A certificate emailed as a PDF proves nothing and can be edited in a browser. A credential worth carrying is one a registrar can check without ringing you.
04 · Learning & the vault
The conference stops being three days a year
You already commissioned the content. You paid for the room, the speakers and the recording. Most organisations then let it expire on a hard drive.
05 · Communicate
Reach the whole membership without a mail-merge
Most organisations talk to their members through somebody’s personal mailbox and a spreadsheet of addresses. Replies get lost, unsubscribes are a note on a desk, and nobody knows who opened what.

06 · Run the organisation
Built for a small team with a big year
Most membership organisations are run by a secretariat of two and a board of volunteers. The software has to carry the load, not add to it.

Across every area
Your name on everything
Your own domain
Members, delegates and the public reach you on your address rather than ours. Links switch over only once your domain answers, so nothing is ever sent pointing at an address that is not ready.
Your logo and colours
On every page, ticket and certificate, with a colour and logo of their own for your emails, previewed before you choose.
Mail from your name
Your sender name and your reply-to on everything that leaves, so a reply reaches your office and not a support desk.
Embeds for your website
Your events, booking page, joining form and job board on the site you already have.
Your vocabulary
Session kinds, credit wording, member fields, what you call a bookable room, roles and ticket wording are all yours to set.
Where our name does appear
A small “Powered by” at the foot of some public pages and one footer line on emails saying replies go to you. Both are there to reassure your member rather than to advertise to them.
