Your members live under Members. The figures at the top show who is active, who is behind on credits, who owes dues, who is not active, and who cannot be reached by email. Each figure is also a filter. Below is your whole roll, with each member's plan, dues, renewal date and credits.

To add someone, press New member.

Enter their name, membership number, email, plan and employer. If they have already paid, set the renewal date, or leave it empty and raise an invoice later. Tick Email them their member link if you would like them to get a welcome straight away, with a personal link to their member area. Then press Add member.

They are added to your roll straight away.

Use the search box to find anyone by name, number or email.

Open a member to see their record: their standing, their dues, their credits for this year, when they renew, and their member link. From here you can email their link, edit their details, record a payment, or add a credit entry.

Have a whole list to bring in? Press Import. Download the template, fill it in or use your own spreadsheet, then upload it. You will match the columns, choose plans and check everything before anything is written, and nothing is emailed by importing. In the next video, we will look at plans and dues.
