Once your event is set up, everything about it is managed from its own page. Here is our HR Evolution Conference.

On the Overview, scroll down to see what needs doing: speakers' files waiting for a look, overdue asks, and unpaid orders. Each one opens straight to the fix. Below are cards for the agenda, setup, registration, attendance and more.

Open Programme, then Agenda. Sessions are listed day by day, and you can filter by track or room. Each session shows its time, room, track, credits and speakers. Use plus five and minus five to nudge a session's time, or Edit to change it.

To add a session, press Add session. Give it a title, choose the day, the start and end time, the kind of session, the room, the track and its credits, and write an abstract for delegates. Then save it.

Speakers shows everyone speaking at this event and what each person still owes you: a biography, a headshot, slides, or answers to your questions. The figures at the top show how many are confirmed, what is overdue, and what is waiting for you to check. Reminders go out by themselves before each due date.

Open a speaker to see everything in one place. Items waiting for you have Approve and Send back buttons. Use the buttons above the list to ask for a file, a disclosure or one of your question sets, and press Send their link to give them their own page, where they send everything themselves, with no password.

Under Plan, Event page builds a public page for your event from what you have already entered: the programme, the speakers and your tickets. Add a few lines of your own, publish it, and copy the link.

This is what visitors see: your event in your colours, with a countdown, the programme, the speakers and a Register button.

And this is the delegate page, for the day itself. Delegates open it on their phones, with no app and no sign-in, to see the agenda, build their own schedule, meet the speakers and sponsors, and ask questions. In the next video, we will set up tickets and registration.
