Attendees and check-in

When people book, they appear under Attendees. The roll shows everyone holding a ticket, with figures for who is on the roll, who has checked in, tickets not yet sent, and extras. Search by name, email or booking reference, filter by ticket, and tick people to send their tickets or export a list.

Here you will find their pass, with its QR code, ticket code and booking reference, what it admits them to, and every session they have been scanned into.

For someone who paid in cash, by transfer or against an invoice, press Add a ticket. Find them on your member list, or type their name and email, choose the ticket and how they paid, and press Add ticket. It becomes a real sale, with a badge.

On the day, delegates check in by scanning the session's code, or you scan their badge from the Scan tab. Checked in shows who came, counted once each, who never came, and who was checked in by hand at the desk.

Choose a day to see that day's arrivals and the busiest half hour, and download that day's attendance as a spreadsheet.

Sessions and codes gives every session its own code, for the door or the room screen. Switch recording on for sessions that earn credits, show the code full size, or check someone in by hand.

And for some fun, Giveaways draws a winner at random from everyone who checked in. Name the prize, choose who is in the draw, and press Draw a winner. You can even show it on the big screen. In the next video, we will add members.
