In this video, we will run the day itself. Open the event, then On the day. The Live tab shows every room: what is on now, and what is next, worked out from your agenda and the venue's clock. Each room has a Hall screen for the room and a Stage view for the speaker.

Conferences run late. If a session overruns, press Running late? Pin a session, and choose the session that is really on.

The room now shows Pinned, and its screens follow your choice instead of the clock. When things are back on time, press Back to the clock.

To tell a speaker something without walking on stage, type a message here and press Send, or Urgent for something that cannot wait.

It appears on the stage view, the screen the speaker can see, with a countdown of the time left in their slot. Speakers can also open their own stage view from their speaker page.

The hall screen is what the room sees between talks: the session, the speaker, what is next, and your sponsors. Open it on any screen in the room with Copy screen link. It looks after itself all day.

The Screens tab is the running order your operator follows, for anything you want on the big screen: a welcome slide, a sponsor loop, a notice, or a session from your agenda. Press Present to run it.

Present mode is made to run from the side of the stage: what is on screen, what is up next, and big Previous and Next buttons, with quick buttons for a black screen or your logo.

Now, questions from the floor. Turn them on under the Questions tab, and every session on the delegate page gets a Questions section. Delegates ask from their phones, with their name or anonymously.

Everyone in the room can vote questions up, so the best ones rise to the top.

Your moderator sees them on the Questions tab, sorted by votes. Mark one answered, hide one that is not suitable, or press Put on screen.

The question then appears on the hall screen, large enough for the whole room to read.

Finally, the Noticeboard. Type a notice, choose where it applies and when it comes down, and press Post it now.

It reaches every delegate who has the event open on their phone within about a minute, at the top of the page and under Notices. For checking people in at the door and running giveaways, watch the Attendees and check-in video. Have a great event.
