Dues is where membership money is managed. The Members tab shows who has paid, grouped by who to chase first, with how much you have collected, what is outstanding, and the renewals due in the next thirty days.

When a payment arrives by transfer, cheque or cash, press Record payment beside the member. Choose how it was paid, add the bank reference and the date, and press Record it. Their renewal date moves on, and a lapsed membership is restored.

Invoices lists every bill: unpaid, overdue, paid and cancelled. Use Invoice a member for a one-off bill, or Raise renewals to bill everyone who is due.

Plans are your membership grades, each with its price, term and grace period. Press New plan to add one, or Edit to change the questions it asks, whether applications need approval, and more.

Joining page gives you a link and an embed code for your website, where anyone can apply and choose a plan.

This is the joining page your applicants see. Once they pay, or once you approve them, they are on the roll. To let members pay by card, connect your payment account under Settings, Payments. In the next video, we will send a message.
